It has a nice "old style" charm about it. Staff were fantastic...very friendly and very very helpful. Location to the U OF M campus and downtown Ann Arbor is perfect. Kind of a neat old place.
TV cable could be upgraded...... price a bit high given age and limitations of the hotel

The entire hotel was clean. the staff was wonderful and lovely, took good care of everyone. - I appreciated the room with a comfortable bed; it was exceptionally comfortable. - I had an outstanding breakfast with different types of cereal and good options with meats.

The breakfast was free with pastries, good options plus different types of cereal, had everything you could want. A bus stop was walk from the venue. Tbh, had a wonderful stay on vacation...

I stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this old-fashioned hotel. The room I booked was reasonably large and contemporary, with a good shower. I had a warm and fresh breakfast with meats and pastries in the dining area. it was a fairly nice time in Ann Arbor.
